The Aide Memoire of the World Encyclopedia of Peacemaking
The World Encyclopedia of Peacemaking, hereinafter WEP, is the result of investigating the practices used in conducting international activities for achieving, opening and manifesting the institution of the Mass International Peace Movement, using Public Diplomacy with the aim of promoting the "Millennium Declaration" and the "Formation of a Global Partnership for Sustainable Development" adopted by the UN.
WEP is an information base for resources of peacefulness and peacemaking, a media platform for the leading national media of the UN member states, mass media that are interested in creating and disseminating effective models for extracting the benefits of peace based on public diplomacy.
WEP is a discussion and education platform for integrating knowledge resources of peacefulness that can help reduce the level of both interpersonal and interstate aggression. This platform draws the attention of the international community to the realization that the time has come to learn peacefulness and extract the benefits from it.
Being originally a non-governmental organization of a universal nature, WEP conducts its activities without being detrimental to national interests. It acts on the principles of self-government, established on a fairly proven international procedure and practice in accordance with generally accepted norms of international law, constitutional procedure and the laws of the countries on whose territory the WEP Initiatives are being implemented.
In the process of manifesting Initiatives, WEP creates ample opportunities for participants to make individual adjustments and provides a flexible means of adaptation while new forms and methods of international cooperation and progressive models of life are being worked out.
WEP provides an opportunity for people to express themselves in implementing their plans and to actively show private initiatives of both a national and an international character. In fact, being a permanent bank of ideas, WEP provides assistance from inception to materialization of this initiative.
WEP is open to the participation of various groups of people who want to help people in need. Even if a person is lonely and limited in opportunities, but strives to illuminate and materialize his aspirations and destiny, he receives the necessary support and help, gaining a platform and an opportunity to carry on a dialogue and finds his conference at the WEP platform. This initiative belongs to him, and he conducts it independently. He alone decides who can speak out and participate on his site.
WEP creates rostrums for covering models of peacefulness. It is focused on the opening of dialogue platforms and conferences from various fields of knowledge. Conferences can be both academical and informational, which helps creative initiatives which can be heard and comprehended by other people. They have the additional opportunity to help themselves and others.
WEP aims to concentrate a sufficient level of resources for large-scale peace-loving programs, projects, actions and events. At the same time, WEP pays special attention to involving people in volunteer activities. It is volunteering that contributes to the development of human kindness and a sense of empathy and compassion for the problems of people in the world around them. "By helping others, you help yourself."
Any citizen with state power has the legal right to participate in WEP initiatives. Likewise, in relations with local authorities we timely draw up the necessary documents in the format of a public-private partnership.
If someone decides to start his own business, has gathered participants, and is ready to start up, he still has to register a legal entity and carry put other processes related to the need to engage in administrative and economic activities ... A person usually prepares for a long time, and, having established a solid proven foundation, begins to build his business and it goes well ... However, people do not often take into account the capitalization of pre-project work despite the fact that money, effort and, most importantly, time are spent on that. After all, the business’s organizer might have paid attention to something else. This is the essence of capitalization. The value of capitalization in the world is not always universally understood. Therefore, generally, only specialists make use of its commercial and informational beneficence and many have not even heard of it. Different states have different attitudes towards capitalization.
All of the above directly or indirectly affect the distribution of material or information resources. As a consequence, risks arise which is reflected in conflicts of interest that need to be minimized.
Nevertheless, everything possible should be done to reduce the likelihood of the risks of regional conflicts and avoid confrontation or negligence that could lead to the final war and humanity’s self-destruction.
The WEP, as an instrument of public diplomacy, continues to attract the attention of the international community to the onset of the next evolutionary stage where it is more appropriate to acquire the benefits not through conflict, but with boundless peace-loving possibilities of creativity and ingenuity.
As a working body of the mass international movement of peace supporters, WEP has begun creating a model of an institutional superstructure called “The Origins of Prosperity”. State officials, representatives of countries and peoples are invited to discuss issues that can transfer opponents from the conflict level to the level of benevolence and prosperity.
It should be noted that the only unconquerable force is joy. To be in a state of joy amidst the surrounding lies and hypocrisy requires considerable effort. In this regard, we invite everyone to take part in the process, which will allow those involved to accelerate their personal evolution. We propose to compete not in aggression and deceit, but in benevolence. Who loses, pays. Of course, this will require experts and expert communities.
